Once complete, our commercial asphalt paving process starts with any necessary demo and removal. This could include removing any existing material such as old asphalt, concrete or pavers. This gives us a new, clean slate to start your asphalt project. Next, we work on proper grading for appropriate water drainage and prevent any future issues. After the prep work is complete, we install a sub-base which is crucial for supporting new asphalt, and the asphalt layering and rolling is completed once a sub-base is installed. Finishing touches include compacting, asphalt sealcoating and quality checks.
